The accused person is said to have approached the minor on September 9 and told him to appear in school on September 10 for a CBC project.
The pupil turned up as instructed but got shocked on arrival, upon realizing that he was the only pupil in the entire school compound.
He then proceeded to the office where the accused person urged him to wait for him at a certain class for some minutes.
When the teacher paid him a visit, he quickly undressed him, threatened him, and defiled him.
The accused denied the charges and pleaded for a lenient bond term. He was released on Sh500, 000 bond with the surety of the same amount.
