Havi Rejects Teachers’ Plea To Save Them From TPD Modules
The law society of Kenya president Nelson Havi has turned a deaf ear on the teachers’ plea to rescue them from the deathbed of TPD modules.
This is after a section of teachers wrote to his twitter timeline, reporting how much TSC is forcing TPD on their throats and that Havi should challenge the directive by the TSC that the teachers be trained on TPD modules.
Mr. Havi responded, by sending a warning to them that they should stop calling him because that was their choice. They choose to replace William Sossion, who used all he had to protect them from employer’s con games. Havi instructed the teachers to leave alone and stop calling him.
“Teachers, you left Wilson Sossion to be fought to exhaustion by the State. KNUT withdrew all cases against the State when you replaced Sossion with a Secretary of ‘your preferred choice’. Please, stop calling me to challenge the directive by TSC that you be trained afresh.” Nelson Havi said.
Havi won teacher’s hearts when he offered to challenge the competency-based curriculum, another dangerous thorn on teachers’ flesh. Teachers felt that even in the TPD issue, the competent lawyer would petition on their behalf.
