List Of Teachers Deregistered By TSC In October 2020 And their Offences.

Pursuant to section 30 of the TSC act 2012, TSC has published the names of teachers that it has removed from its register of teachers.

Among The offences committed by these teachers were misappropriation of funds, intolerable code of conduct, immoral behavior and chronic absenteeism. TSC is threfore felt that they have breeched the code of conduct and regulations.

The deregistered teachers were granted virtual hearings by the teachers’ service commission in the month of October 2020 before being declared guilty. Also present, were their witnesses.

The teachers service commission maintains that after hearing the cases of the teachers, it was left with no options but with draw their TSC certificates.

Having been deregistered, their TSC numbers were revoked and therefore, they are not allowed to teach in any learning institution.
