Ng’iya Girls High School is a girls only public boarding secondary school located in Ng’iya township, Siaya county, Kenya.

Ng’iya Girls High School was established in 1923 as a primary school, which later became a Teachers Training College (TTC) in 1962.

It later became a secondary school in 1962. It then proceeded to admit its first form one students who then sat their O level exams in 1965.

Ng’iya Girls High School enrolled its first A- level science class students in 1971. It was offering Science and Arts A- level. In 1989, the A level system was phased out. Due to its continuous good performance, Ng’iya Girls High School was identified as a centre of excellence in 2010. Ng’iya Girls High School got elevated to national school status in 2012.

Ng’iya Girls High School alumni include Grace Ogot who is an author, a nurse, a journalist, a diplomat and a politician, Grace Onyango who is a politician and Mark Abukutsa Onyango who is a humanitarian and an agricultural scientist.
