Nyamira KMTC Branch History
Nyamira KMTC Branch was established in the year 2012 through an initiative of the national government and the board of directors of KMTC.
Nyamira KMTC Branch was established to produce more skilled medical care workers, who would assist in reducing the then hiked death rate in the area community, caused by malaria and to solve issues involving reproductive health.
The five acres of land, where Nyamira KMTC Branch was established was a donation from the national government.

Nyamira KMTC Branch is located along Miruka-Nyamira road off Kericho-Kisii high way, within the County government of Nyamira. The college is just adjacent to Nyamira Level 5 Hospital.
