Let SRC note that the other category of diploma trs we are locked in job group K for more than 3,4,5 and over 6 years. Let those categories of trs be taken to job group L since we are doing the same job and have the same skills as the trs who from K are taken to L yet diploma trs are left there demoralized. The disparities too discourage alot, let the gaps be minimised by SRC and trs will be satisfied to work without agitations.
