TSC Responds to Teachers’ T-PAY Profile Updating Challenges

The teachers service commission, TSC has finally responded to the challenges teachers are facing while updating their profiles in the T-PAY accounts.

Last week, the Commission released a circular directing all teachers to validate their user profiles. The objective of the TPAY profile updating exercise was to help in enhancing security features of its various systems.

Most teachers however are getting stuck, with a section saying that they are unable to get the One Time Pin (OTP) for verification sent to their emails. This happened despite the teachers keying in the right email. And even logging into the email to check if the code has been sent. Although this had been corrected, some teachers still find problems getting the code sent to their TSC provided outlook emails.

Some teachers claim that they are not able to access their email accounts in the TSC servers while have reported that after uploading their photos as per the requirements, they are unable to proceed with other remaining steps.
