The Teachers Service Commission now invites Teachers in both Private and Public Schools, Learners in both private and public, Teachers Colleges, KISE, CEMASTEA, Kenya Institute
for the Blind, Basic Public/ Private Learning Institutions and Secretariat Staff to compete in the Development of Teachers Service Commission, Vision, Mission and Logo.
Interested Teachers in both Private and Public Schools, Learners in both Private and Public, Teachers Colleges, KISE, CEMASTEA, Kenya Institute for the Blind, Basic Public/ Private
Learning Institutions and Secretariat Staff should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience by adhering to the following:

a. Attach School Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Education for Basic
Public/Private Learning Institution;
b. Attach Teachers Service Commission Registration Certificate for a Teacher:
c. Attach an Introduction Letter from the Principal or Head teacher for a Learner:
d. Attach an Introduction Letter from the Director or Head of the Division for a member
of the Secretariat Staff.

Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to [email protected] to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
All the bidders (Teachers in both Private and Public Schools, Learners in both private and
public, Teachers Colleges, KISE, CEMASTEA, Kenya Institute for the Blind, Basic Public/
Private Learning Institutions and Secretariat Staff) shall transfer all the Copyrights,
intellectual Property rights and Patents relating to their design and shall become property of the Teachers Service Commission.

The best three designs of the Vision, Mission and Logo shall receive a price honorarium of
Kshs. 40,000, Kshs. 30,000 and Kshs. 10,000 for the Winner, First runners up and Second
Runners Up respectively for each of the three entries (Development of the Logo, Vision and
Mission Statements).

Qualified and interested Teachers, Learners, Basic Public/ Private Learning Institutions and
Secretariat Staff may obtain further information and inspect the Design Competition
documents during office hours 8.00am to 4.00pm at the Teachers Service Commission.

Completed entries must be submitted through the Teachers Service Commission Website via the link https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/commission on or before Thursday 23rd December, 2021 at 9.00am.

Interested Teachers in both Private and Public Schools, Learners in both private and public, Teachers Colleges, KISE, CEMASTEA, Kenya Institute for the Blind, Basic Public/ Private
Learning Institutions and Secretariat Staff must submit a maximum of two entries under each
category ( Logo, Vision and Mission statement ).

 The teachers service commission, TSC, is welcoming interested applicants to participate in logo, mission and vision contest.

Sources privy to TSC have revealed that the commission is determined to change its logo, mission and vision this year. Its for this reason that it has welcomed contestants, who will be subjected into a competition for a design of the new logo, mission and vision.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TSC VISION AND MISSION STATEMENTS COMPETITION

• Be a teacher or TSC Secretariat staff
• An entry should include a vision and mission statement
• Entries can either be in English or Kiswahili
• A maximum of three entries will be considered for each participant.
• Each vision and mission statement should be accompanied by an explanatory brief

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TSC LOGO COMPETITION

• Be a teacher or TSC Secretariat staff
• A maximum of three entries will be considered for each participant.
• The logo must clearly communicate and demonstrate what TSC stands for in an innovative and creative manner
• All symbols, colours and wordings used in the logo should have assigned meaning

Token of appreciation for Logo

• Winner: Kshs. 40,000
• 2nd position: Kshs. 20,000
• 3rd position: Kshs. 10,000

• Winner: Kshs 30,000
• 2nd position : Kshs 20,000
• 3rd position: Kshs 10,000

How To Apply For The Competion

• Type https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/commission/ on your browser
• Click ‘log in continue’ to access your application portal
• Enter your surname, tsc number and mobile number in the spaces provided.
• A one-time four digit code will be sent into your phone. Enter the four digit code and verify.
• The window that appears has vision, mission and logo
• Choose the competition you want to join and click action. You can take part in all the competitions. For each contest, you can do at most three entries.
• A dropdown menu appears. Click my submissions
• Click make submission
• Choose the language (English/ Kiswahili). Write your vision/ logo in your preferred language and give a brief explanation of it.
• Click save and submit
• For logos, you will have to upload the logo image in the field provided instead of typing.
